Step into the world of ultra-small rugged Computer-On-Modules.
With the Intel® Atom™ E600 processor, the MM2 runs with a frequency of up to 1.6 GHz. Its maximum power dissipation is 5 to 7 W. Up to 2 GB main memory is available. Different mass storage media are supported on the carrier board.
Based on the PCI Express® standard for the processor-to-chipset interface, it offers flexible possibilities for connecting application-specific I/O and improved graphics performance. Besides modern serial I/O like two PCI Express® x1 links, LVDS, SDVO, high-definition audio, SATA and USB, it also provides legacy I/O (1 CAN, 4 COM, 2 I2C). The MM2 is qualified for operation in a -40°C to +85°C conduction or convection cooled environment. As all ESMini™ modules, it is embedded in a covered frame.
The robust MM2 is the perfect choice for railway, avionics, agricultural or construction machines or medical engineering: wherever technological requirements are high and only limited amount of space is available.
