New Company Structure at MEN

While incorporating a holistic approach towards quality management, and after the successful integration of continuous process improvement according to the guidelines of LEAN, MEN has restructured its company organization.

The changes mainly concern the product management, sales, support and marketing departments. Divided into product line and product solution management, the product managers are now dedicated to either standard or custom products, which should speed up processes and form synergistic effects. The sales department is now separated by international regions, and cooperates more closely with the support and marketing departments.
